Pre-employment screening is one of those parts of the security industry that everyone needs and nobody enjoys. We started Yezda because the standard was clear, the work was repetitive, and the experience was bad — for organisations, for screeners, and most of all for candidates.

Today we run BS7858, BPSS and PSA screening end-to-end for over 180 UK organisations across security operations, data centres, cash handling and critical national infrastructure. Our screeners do the work. Our software keeps the audit trail. Our customers consume outcomes.
