Yezda is a managed bureau — our screeners do the work. You don't pick vendors, chase references, or interpret credit reports. You submit a candidate and consume an audit-ready outcome.

Median turnaround is 2 working days for the full BS7858 certificate. Candidates also receive a conditional clearance within 12 hours of submission — enough to start work while the rest of the screening completes. Reference response times are the dominant variable on the full cert; we chase, but referees move at their own pace. The portal shows live SLA risk on every case.

Candidates use our mobile app — consent per check, ID capture (IDV), address & work history with gap detection, and real-time chat with their assigned screener. No printing, no posting, no awkward emails.

Yes. We expose webhooks on every state change and a GraphQL endpoint. Most customers push Yezda outcomes into Workday, Greenhouse or Lever automatically.

BS7858 includes self-declaration of unspent convictions. DBS integration is on the roadmap (Q4 2026). Today we coordinate DBS via partner where required.
